Pac's Projects
The East 23rd St. Pac is working on a Project called: The 24th St. Corridor.
Our Motto: Saving one child at a time. Our Mission Statement: Our purpose is to serve the residents of our community. Providing for our youth, seniors and parents. Making our community a safe and livable place to live, free of intimidation by gangs, drugs and violence.
The East 23rd St, Pac Neighborhood is excited to be a part of a project called: The 24th St. Corridor. This project will consist of 5 houses being purchased through Land Bank of Kansas City.
